Welcome to KORA by Macradiant.

This website, www.korabymacradiant.com (the “Website”), is operated by Macradiant FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as KORA by Macradiant (“KORA”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing our Website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Exchange, Store Credit & Returns Policy.

2. Eligibility and Website Use

Customers must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

Customers agree to provide accurate information and refrain from fraudulent, unlawful or unauthorised activities.

KORA may restrict access, suspend accounts or decline orders where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security concerns or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

3. Products and Descriptions

KORA offers premium fashion garments, including signature kimonos and related apparel.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product photographs, descriptions, measurements, fabric information and prices are accurate.

Minor colour differences may occur due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and sizing information before purchasing.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for products that are materially misdescribed, defective or otherwise nonconforming under applicable law.

4. Pricing and Currency

All product prices are displayed and charged in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

International customers may incur currency conversion charges imposed by their banks or payment providers.

Applicable taxes and charges collected by KORA will be displayed during checkout.

KORA may correct pricing errors and cancel unaccepted orders affected by material errors. Any payment already collected for an order cancelled by KORA will be refunded.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through authorised payment service providers integrated with Shopify.

All orders are subject to successful payment authorisation and applicable fraud-prevention checks.

KORA does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers or card security codes within its own customer service systems.

6. Order Acceptance

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

Orders are accepted when KORA confirms dispatch or otherwise expressly accepts the order.

We may cancel an order before acceptance due to stock unavailability, payment failure, material pricing errors, suspected fraud or legal restrictions.

Where KORA cancels an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid will be refunded.

7. Shipping and Delivery

KORA delivers within the United Arab Emirates and internationally to destinations supported by our shipping partners.

UAE Deliveries: We aim to deliver orders within 7–14 business days from order confirmation, subject to product specifications, payment authorisation, stock availability, order verification, destination and courier constraints.

Complimentary UAE Delivery: KORA offers complimentary standard delivery within the United Arab Emirates on orders with a qualifying merchandise value of AED 500 or above, calculated after applicable discounts and before shipping charges.

Orders below AED 500 will be subject to the delivery fee displayed at checkout.

International Deliveries: Delivery timelines and charges vary depending on the destination, customs clearance requirements and courier availability. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Should an unexpected delay occur, or an item become unavailable, we will notify the customer using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

All delivery timelines are estimates, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

International Deliveries: Delivery timelines vary according to destination, customs procedures and courier availability.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Statutory rights relating to delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.

8. International Customs and Duties

International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, customs charges and destination-country taxes unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Such charges are determined by the relevant authorities and may be collected separately by the courier or customs authority.

9. Exchanges and Refunds

KORA does not offer discretionary monetary refunds for changes of mind, personal preference or incorrect size selection.

Customers may request a voluntary exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Exchange, Store Credit & Returns Policy.

Voluntary exchanges are permitted only for products of equal or higher value.

For higher-priced replacements, customers must pay the difference.

Lower-priced voluntary exchanges are not offered.

All voluntary exchanges require successful inspection and compliance with the original garment-tag conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights to refunds, repairs, replacements or other remedies.

10. Original Garment Tags

Each KORA kimono is supplied with an original garment tag.

For voluntary exchanges, the tag must remain attached, intact and unaltered.

A removed, detached, replaced or tampered-with tag will cause the garment to be treated as used and ineligible for discretionary exchange.

This condition does not restrict mandatory statutory rights.

11. Alterations & Customisation

KORA garments are sold in their original designs, sizes and specifications as displayed on our Website.

We do not currently offer complimentary sleeve or garment length alterations for standard online purchases.

Customers who wish to modify the fit or length of a garment may arrange alterations independently after purchase, at their own discretion and expense.

KORA may, at its sole discretion, offer alteration services during selected exhibitions, pop-up events or in-person sales, subject to garment suitability, confirmed measurements, full payment and service availability.

Any alterations performed by third parties are undertaken at the customer's own risk. KORA is not responsible for damage or changes in fit resulting from unauthorised third-party alterations, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Customised and Made-to-Order Products

Customised, personalised, tailored, altered or made-to-order garments are not eligible for voluntary exchanges once production or alteration has commenced, unless KORA agrees otherwise in writing.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Sale and Promotional Products

Sale, clearance and promotional products are final sale for voluntary change-of-mind exchanges unless otherwise expressly stated.

This does not affect statutory consumer rights.

14. Customer Accounts

Customers may purchase as guests or create an account.

Account holders are responsible for protecting their login credentials and notifying KORA of suspected unauthorised access.

15. Intellectual Property

All KORA trademarks, designs, logos, photographs, written content and other protected materials belong to Macradiant FZCO or their respective rights holders.

Unauthorised commercial reproduction, distribution or exploitation is prohibited except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a garment does not transfer ownership of KORA's intellectual property.

16. Fraud Prevention

KORA may investigate reasonably suspected fraudulent purchases or exchange requests.

This includes false damage claims, garment substitution, tag tampering and attempts to exchange garments that have been worn.

KORA may preserve relevant evidence and reject voluntary exchanges that fail our published conditions.

All decisions will be evidence-based and consistent with applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, KORA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

19. Changes to Terms

KORA may update these Terms to reflect changes in operations, services or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be published on the Website with a revised effective date.

Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued contractual or statutory rights.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

Subject to mandatory consumer protection and jurisdictional rules, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Dubai.
