Return policy
Exchanges: Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Garments must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned with the original tag attached and packaging intact.
Eligibility: Voluntary exchanges are available for products of equal or higher value, subject to inspection and availability. Sale, customised and made-to-order items are not eligible for voluntary exchanges.

Shipping
We aim to dispatch most orders within 7-14 business days in the UAE, subject to product specifications, payment authorisation, stock availability, order verification, destination, and courier constraints.
